Each successful background removal or E-commerce Prep request costs 1 credit. E-commerce Prep includes background removal and optical alignment in a single request. Running the two services separately costs 2 credits in total.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each paid package is a one-time purchase. Top up whenever you need more credits, with no recurring charge or monthly commitment.
Do my credits expire?
Credits currently have no expiry. Unused credits stay in your account for your next project.
What happens if processing fails?
A credit is reserved when processing starts. If the job fails, the reservation is released automatically. Only successful processing consumes credits.
How do I buy more credits?
Sign in and choose a package on your Credits page. You will be taken to Dodo Payments checkout. Credits are added to your account after payment is confirmed. Prices are in USD; any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. New accounts receive 100 free credits once, with no credit card required. Try your own images in the Playground or use the API before choosing a paid package.
